All content on HugeOne.io (design, branding, software, media) is owned or licensed by HugeOne Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify platform materials without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
HugeOne may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, payment providers). We are not responsible for the accuracy, functionality, or security of third-party services.
9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Termination of Access

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HugeOne, its affiliates, team members, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
13. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Nicosia, Cyprus.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
